My involvement with the Node.js Diagnostics started via the Node.js mentorship program. In my previous post, I wrote about the Node.js Diagnostics Working Group.

Ahmad Bamieh from the Node.js community committee and mentorship program told me that he liked the illustrations from my previous post and created an issue in the mentorship Github repository.

I was happy to claim the issue and tried to summarise the goals of the mentorship program via the below illustration.

The goal of the mentorship program is to bring more contributors to Node.js projects by mentoring people about the Node.js environment and ecosystem, helping them contribute to Node.js, championing their PRs through code review, and giving general help.
