Now, we are all on management track and it is shared vs conflicting dynamics.

Have to be very clear about if they need advice or just want to keep me informed.
My priorities vs theirs
Clear communication, defining boundaries and gaps
Working agreements
How I work vs how they work and need to find a balance here.
Align my expectations, ways of working with theirs and adjust.

Not possible to always stay on top of things and this is ok.
Time management
Keep buffer time to address the unexpected
