What was once a job that applied to one team is the same job that now applies to multiple teams in my org. I now have to think about teams, and how can they communicate and collaborate well and deliver success. This time not directly through me but indirectly through me.
The term Organisation Design was not new to me but only now O started to think deeply about it and have practical use-cases to apply and test it out.
I also finally got the time to start reading “Elegant Puzzle” by “Will Larson” this weekend and Will also talks about this topic in his book and his blog.
