LLM aka large language models. What if we had LLMs aka Large Leadership Models to help leaders navigate challenges faced while leading and managing teams?
I have now transitioned into a Director role. I am a detail-oriented person and at this point, one of the things I have to unlearn and learn is how to have high-level details for myself so that I don’t get too much into the weeds of my EMs (Engineering Managers) and let them do their jobs the way I used to while I was an EM.
Large Leadership Models could help both new and seasoned managers navigate leadership problems with an assistant by their side.
I asked ChatGpt today how to create an LLM = large leadership model! It misunderstood LLM to be learning and leadership management. After reformulating my ask multiple times, this was ChatGpt’s response:
