I enjoy management. I like the everyday challenges that I get to deal with.

I reflect a lot on the day-to-day decision-making and how much it affects others.

Sometimes I need to empathize, the other times I need to be firm and direct. It isn’t easy.

I don’t have a mantra for management ethics but I tend to approach management the way I approach the little deeds in my life and treat management as an ethical profession.
