Before you lecture someone on efficiency, remember: your urgent is not their urgent. Your clock is not their clock.

While you’re optimizing every minute toward a goal, they might be optimizing for their own goal which might be distant from yours. Neither approach is wrong.

The key is to protect your time without demonizing how they spend theirs.
