Happy International Women’s Day!

If you had asked me years ago what drove me, the answer was simple: the next goal. As a lifelong hyper-achiever, I built my career on relentless drive, earning every milestone through years of blood and sweat. The sky was always the limit.

But true ambition evolves. Through navigating burnout, conquering AI FOMO, and taking a leap into a new chapter, the most vital leadership lesson I can offer anytime is: you have to put your own oxygen mask on first. Finding my clarity through daily writing didn’t just bring me pure joy, it empowered me to step confidently into the AI landscape, adapt rapidly, and, most importantly, guide others to do the same without feeling overwhelmed.

Today, my aspirations are clearer than ever. I still want to conquer new heights and yes, write that bestselling book someday! But I also know that my ultimate goal is living a life where I can cherish the small moments, travel freely, and find happiness in seeing others succeed.
