I enjoyed this article about how to find the perfect name features in Lenny’s newsletter.

It’s been a long time I hadn’t updated my tagline that you see on this website landing page Princiya.com and yesterday I asked my favorite LLM to do this for me. I am pretty happy with what we came up with and since I love all the suggestions it generated I thought of writing down this post.

The first prompt: The 1-liner

Based on what you know about me, generate a compelling 1-liner for my blog post.

Here’s a 1-liner tailored to your style and what I know about you:

“Engineering and leadership, like music, are about creating harmony—where every note, every voice, and every idea finds its place in building something greater than the sum of its parts.”

Do you want me to make a few more variations so you can pick the strongest one for your blog post?

I had mistyped the prompt itself, I meant it to be for my personal website, but instead wrote blog post and no wonder it wrote this 1-liner because I recently wrote a post about my new job.

I asked it to not generate anything specific about music and then I corrected my prompt asking for a 1-liner for my personal website.

Thanks for clarifying — for your personal website, you’ll want something timeless, bold, and reflective of who you are as a leader and builder. Here are some crafted options:

  1. “I build teams and technology that scale with purpose.”
  2. “Engineering leader, strategist, and builder of futures.”
  3. “Where vision meets execution, and people come first.”
  4. “Shaping technology through authentic leadership and bold ideas.”
  5. “I lead with curiosity, clarity, and impact.”

Do you want this 1-liner to lean more toward your leadership identity (people + strategy) or your engineering identity(systems + innovation)?

I said both and I got the following.

Perfect — here are some blended leadership + engineering identity 1-liners for your personal website:

  1. “I lead with strategy and empathy to build engineering teams and systems that scale.”
  2. “Bridging people and technology to create lasting impact.”
  3. “Engineering leader shaping teams, products, and possibilities.”
  4. “I turn complex challenges into clarity—for people, systems, and growth.”
  5. “Where authentic leadership meets engineering excellence.”

The second prompt: Taglines, vision and mission statements

I like this: Where vision meets execution, and people come first. Make this both a punchier tagline and expand this into a mission statement. Also generate a visionary statement that leans both towards leadership and engineering identity, especially conquering in this AI era.

Excellent choice — that line really captures your leadership style. Let’s refine it in three layers:

Punchier tagline

“Vision in action, people at the center.”

Expanded mission statement

“I believe true leadership lies in uniting vision with execution, building teams where people come first, technology scales with purpose, and complexity transforms into clarity. My mission is to cultivate environments where engineers grow, ideas thrive, and products create lasting impact.”

Visionary statement (leadership + engineering in the AI era)

“In an era defined by AI, I aim to shape the future by leading with empathy and boldness—bridging human potential with engineering excellence. My vision is to build teams and systems that not only harness intelligence but elevate it, creating a world where technology empowers, leadership inspires, and possibilities are limitless.”

For the punchier tagline, make it an extension to the following: Hi, I am Princiya. I <>

Got it — here are some punchy extensions that flow naturally after “Hi, I am Princiya. I …”

  1. “turn vision into execution, with people at the center.”
  2. “build teams and technology where people come first.”
  3. “lead with empathy and strategy to create lasting impact.”
  4. “bridge people and engineering to shape what’s next.”
  5. “scale ideas into reality by putting people before process.”

👉 Do you want this to lean more professional and polished (like for exec/board audiences), or a bit more bold and personal (for your own brand voice)?

Give me both versions

Perfect — here’s a split set of punchier extensions for “Hi, I am Princiya. I …”

Professional & Polished (exec/board audience)

  1. “bring vision to execution, while putting people first.”
  2. “lead with strategy, empathy, and engineering excellence.”
  3. “scale teams and technology with clarity and purpose.”
  4. “bridge leadership and innovation to drive lasting impact.”
  5. “turn complex challenges into growth opportunities.”

Bold & Personal (your own brand voice)

  1. “turn bold ideas into reality, without losing sight of people.”
  2. “build teams, tech, and futures that scale with heart.”
  3. “lead with curiosity and conviction in everything I do.”
  4. “believe leadership is about people first, always.”
  5. “shape the future of engineering with empathy and grit.”

The third prompt: Signature Triad

Give me some tag words like Engineering leader, strategist, and builder of futures.

I loved all these suggestions. I started asking for tag words, later learned they are called brand tags and finally learned the word Signature Triad.

Here are some tag word combinations that reflect both your engineering and leadership identity, with a future-ready edge:

  1. Engineering leader, strategist, and people-first builder.
  2. Technologist, team shaper, and growth architect.
  3. Engineering leader, systems thinker, and culture cultivator.
  4. Strategic builder, empathetic leader, and innovation driver.
  5. Engineering leader, change maker, and future shaper.
  6. Leader of people, builder of systems, and scaler of ideas.
  7. Engineering strategist, authentic leader, and impact creator.
  8. Systems builder, team enabler, and future engineer.
  9. Engineering leader, clarity seeker, and purpose builder.
  10. Visionary technologist, empathetic leader, and bold strategist.

Here are some short, sharp brand tag options you can use across your site, LinkedIn, or even speaking bios:

  • Leader. Builder. Strategist.
  • Vision. Execution. Impact.
  • Clarity. Scale. Growth.
  • People. Systems. Futures.
  • Engineer. Leader. Futurist.
  • Empathy. Strategy. Innovation.
  • Build. Lead. Inspire.
  • Authenticity. Technology. Impact.
  • Curiosity. Leadership. Scale.
  • Ideas. Teams. Futures.

Here’s a signature triad crafted just for you — tying together your leadership identity, engineering excellence, and future-driven mindset:

People. Engineering. Possibility.

It’s short, memorable, and reflects your ethos: people-first leadership, strong engineering roots, and a visionary outlook.

Here are a couple more refined options in the same spirit:

  • Empathy. Strategy. Scale.
  • Vision. Leadership. Impact.
  • Clarity. Technology. Futures.

The final prompt: Personal Brand Manifesto

Here’s a personal brand manifesto expanding your signature triad “People. Engineering. Possibility.”:

People.
I lead with empathy and authenticity, putting people at the center of every decision and creating environments where teams thrive, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.

Engineering.
I build systems, products, and processes with precision and purpose—turning complex challenges into scalable, elegant solutions.

Possibility.
I envision the future boldly, combining strategy, innovation, and human potential to unlock outcomes that were once thought impossible.

All the prompts in action

I loved the triad and decided to settle with it: People | Engineering | Possibility
